During 2019 Luz Casal will go on presenting her album “Que corra el aire”, new dates which will lead her to as many venues as possible, including one of the country’s most prestigious festivals. A tour where she features her new songs in combination with her all times greatest hits, and that has gathered very positive reviews from critics, satisfied her most loyal fans and delighted to all music lovers in the end.

2018 was an awesome year with 60 shows worldwide and multiple awards like the Golden Los40 Music Awards, The International Medal of Madrid, the Grelo de Ouro (an award given to those people who contribute to the promotion of Galicia internationally), the Yo Dona International Award as a remarkable supportive icon, the Fedepe and the Fademur Awards…

Last March she released her fifth studio album “Que corra el aire” formed by ten new songs and a little tribute. This album is the first of her career recorded and mastered entirely in our country, played live at the studio and produced by Ricky Falkner.

An album which, as she herself admits “connects with what some might consider my past, but that I consider my present”.
